What is PullWax Residency?

PullWax Residency is a bi-annual paid residency program for breakers looking to take their platform to the next level.

Throughout the year, PullWax will select four talented breakers who will get an opportunity to gain valuable experience working alongside The Real Pullman, Michael Vinokur and the Pullwax Brand. Over the course of twelve weeks Residents will be challenged through both immersion and curriculum with the intent of honing skillsets required to catapult their breaking platform to new heights.

All residents will be provided: a salary, living arrangement, 1:1 coaching from Michael Vinokur, their own breaking set up at PullWax HQ, and much more.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Step One: Apply

    If you are a breaker interested in becoming a PullWax resident then review the qualifications, fill out the application below and submit. It's as easy as that. If selected then we will reach out and conduct virtual interviews. All selected residents will be notified.

  • Step Two: Immerse

    Spend twelve weeks developing and honing the skill sets needed to take your breaking to the next level. The residency program will be equal parts curriculum-based and execution-focused. With the intent of building your brand and knowledge in the hobby.

  • Step Three: Elevate

    Upon completing the PullWax residency program elevate your brand and breaking business. Be recognized as a participant in the program and have access to potential opportunities to continue your growth path.

  • This is the game changer for the sports cards industry. Since 2019 we’ve been advocates for the advancement of the hobby through continuous education, innovation, and networking. The PullWax Residency is our attempt at bridging the divide that exists between breakers and lowering the barrier of entry for those looking to get involved. We believe that our program is progressive and necessary for the vitality of our industry.
